These Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies are soft, chewy & stuffed with sweet cream cheese! They are my family’s favorite cookie recipe ever.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Thumbprint Cookies stacked on top of one another with a bite missing from the top one

They are very impressive looking & deceptively easy!

They are always one of the first cookies to fly off the cookie platter

and one of the first sold at any bake sale!

They’re thumbprint style cookies, which are always my favorite because I love filling of any kind in my cookies!

With a sweet cream cheese (cheesecake-like) filling in the centers,

they are over the top incredible!

They hold up beautifully & the filling won’t fall out!
