Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup!

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 medium yellow onion diced finely
- 2 10.5 oz. cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 cups mixed veggies
- 24 oz. frozen egg noodles
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Add cooked chicken, onion, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, pepper, and dried thyme to a slow cooker, cover, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
- Pour mixed vegetables and frozen egg noodles into the slow cooker, cover again, and cook on HIGH for another hour to an hour and a half.
- Avoid overcooking the noodles.
- Add chopped parsley and serve.
- ENJOY!
