Strawberries & Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry jello
• 1 cup fresh strawberries mashed
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 4 large eggs

Strawberry Cream Cheese Layer

• 3 oz of philly cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup fresh strawberries mashed

Whipped Cream Layer:

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Layer

1. Mix the cream cheese and the butter until smooth- adding the sugar little by little until fully incorporated
2. Add mashed strawberries
3. Mix well.
4. Spread over each cake layer then top with whipped cream layer

For the Whipped Cream layer:

5. Combine the sugar, vanilla extract in a large bowl or into a stand mixer bowl
6. If using a stand mixer, use the whisk attachment and mix on Med, then slowly add in the heavy cream until fluffy.
7. Keep in fridge until ready to serve
