Bomb Pop Jello Shot

Ingredients

Blue Jello Layer

• 1 box 3 oz Blue Jello
• 1 cup Boiling Water
• 3/4 cup Cold Water
• 1/4 cup chilled Berry Vodka

White Layer

• 1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin Powder
• 1/2 cup Cold Water
• 1/2 cup Malibu Rum
• 1/2 cup Boiling Water
• 1/4 cup chilled Sweetened Condensed Milk

Red Jello Layer

• 1 box 3 oz Cherry Jello
• 1 cup Boiling Water
• 3/4 cup Cold Water
• 1/4 cup Chilled Cherry Vodka

Instructions

Blue Jello Layer

1. In a medium sized bowl add the blue jello.
2. Pour in the boiling water and mix to combine.
3. Add the cold water and vodka to the blue jello.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Fill the 2 ounce plastic cups 1/3 of the way full with the blue jello.
6. Refrigerate the jello for 1 hour.

White Layer

7. In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin powder.
8. Add in the cold water, and Malibu rum, and whisk until combined.
9. Pour the boiling water into the bowl and whisk to combine.
10. Add in the sweetened condensed milk.
11. Stir to combine.
12. Pour the white layer on top of the set blue layer filling another 1?3 rd of the way.
13. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Red Jello Layer

14. In a medium sized bowl add the cherry jello.
15. Pour in the boiling water and mix to combine.
16. Add the cold water and cherry vodka to the cherry jello.
17. Stir to combine.
18. Fill the Jello shots to the rim with the red jello.
19. Refrigerate the jello for 2 hours or until completely set.
