Christmas Chex Mix (No Bake Holiday Puppy Chow Snack Mix)

Ingredients

• 8 cups rice chex mix cereal
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 ½- 2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 cup mini pretzels
• 1 cup red and green M&M’s
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 cup mini Reese’s
• Optional: sprinkles

Instructions

1. Place the chex mix cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in 15 second intervals until smooth. Stir between each interval.
3. Pour chocolate over cereal and stir until evenly coated.
4. Toss the chocolate coated cereal in powdered sugar until all of the chocolate is covered. You can use a bowl with a lid or a large storage bag for this step.
5. Transfer to a new bowl and add in the pretzels, M&Ms, Reese’s, marshmallows and sprinkles and toss until well mixed.
