Ghost Jello Shots

Ingredients

• 3.94 ounce box green apple gelatin I used Sonic brand
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup vodka or cold water
• Ghost mold I got mine from Amazon here https://amzn.to/3OsTilr
• Black food coloring optional
• Non-stick spray

Instructions

1. Place your silicone molds on a baking tray that is rimmed. Spray the ghost shaped molds with cooking spray and set to the side.
2. In a saucepan add 1 cup of water and bring to a full boil.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the jello. Mix up until all the jello is fully dissolved. This takes 1-2 minutes.
4. Next pour in the vodka and 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well to incorporate.
5. Pour into the molds an then refrigerate the jello shots for 3-4 hours or until the jello is fully set.
6. Once set, you will carefully pull the sides to release the ghost shaped jello shot.
7. Use a tiny paint brush and add on some food coloring for eyes and mouth.
8. Serve and enjoy.
