Instant Pot Strawberry Jam ( 3 Ingredients )

Ingredients

• 1 lb strawberry hulled quartered
• 1 cup honey
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

1. Turn the Instant Pot on to the saute function.
2. Add your honey and stir until is starts to bubble.
3. Add the strawberries to the Instant Pot.
4. Continue to let the honey bubble.
5. You will see it turn a pink color.
6. Lightly stir to coat berries in honey.
7. Turn off the instant pot, secure lid in place.
8. Cook on Manual HIGH for 1 minute.
9. Do a quick release.
10. Remove 1/4 cup of the liquid from the Instant Pot and add the cornstarch.
11. Stir the cornstarch in the liquid.
12. Turn the Instant Pot onto saute and whisk in the cornstarch mixture to the strawberry mixture.
13. Stir on saute' until it thickens to a jelly consistency.
14. Turn off the Instant Pot and let it cool completely.
15. Transfer to a small mason jar and keep refrigerated.
16. It will last for 2 weeks.
