Lunch Lady Brownies

Ingredients

Brownies

• 1 cup 2 sticks salted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup Hersey's unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups all purpose flour sifted
• 2 cups white sugar
• 4 eggs
• 4 tsp. vanilla extract

Chocolate Frosting

• 1/4 cup 1/2 stick salted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup Hersey's unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 cups confectioners sugar

Instructions

Chocolate Frosting:

1. Beat together all the frosting ingredients until smooth.
2. Spread over warm brownies and let cool completely before cutting and serving.
