Melt In Your Mouth Eggnog Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 C flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 1/4 C sugar
• 3/4 C salted butter softened
• 1/2 C eggnog
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 egg yolks large
