Slow Cooker Ground Beef French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- ½ cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 1/3 cups beef broth
- 1 1 ounce envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon worcheshire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- In a skillet you will add your ground beef and thinly sliced onions in a skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked all the way through. Drain off grease.
- Add the mixture to the slow cooker. Then add in the oats, broth, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- About 15-20 minutes before serving add your cheese on top. Place lid back on and let it melt.
- Serve on brioche buns or slider rolls.
