Southern Coca Cola Chocolate Cake!

Ingredients

• 1 cup coca-cola
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3 HEAPING tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting

• 1 stick Butter
• 3 HEAPING tablespoons cocoa powder
• 6 tablespoons cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pound confectioners sugar

Instructions

Frosting:

1. Sift confectioner's sugar so that it does not have any lumps
2. In saucepan combine butter, cocoa and cream and heat until the butter melts.
3. Mix in the remaining ingredients and spread onto HOT cake.
4. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes and serve.
