Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies with Strawberry Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

Ingredients:

• 1 box of strawberry cake mix I used betty crocker
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Strawberry Lemon Glaze Ingredients

• 2 cups powdered/confectioners sugar
• 1/3 cup strawberries chopped
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice or water

Instructions

Notes:

1. Feel free to skip the glaze and just sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar after they cool.
2. For the glaze, blend the strawberries to a puree, or leave larger chunks.
