Here is another amazing cocktail that will have you thinking SUMMER!
This is called lava because of how the alcohol gives the appearance of LAVA!
Outstanding flavor that will have you wishing you were sitting by the pool sipping on while laying in the warm sun!

LAVA Cocktail!

Ingredients
Serving size is 1 8oz glass
- 1 oz of Malibu
- 1 oz of Blue Curacao
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- Pina colada mix
Instructions
How to make your own sanding sugar:
- Use a large zip loc bag add sugar and 3 drops of pastel blue food coloring
- Shake well until all color is blended you may need to rub the sugar together between your hands
Cocktail:
- In a bartender shaker add the Malibu and Pina colada mix, 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and shake to combine
- Fill your glass 3/4 of the way full with ice
- Pour the Pina Colada / liquor mix into the glass let sit to the side
- Rinse out your shaker and add the 1/4 cup of pineapple juice, Blue Curacao shake to combine
- Add your Blue Curacao mix to your Pina colada
- Garnish with a lemon slice
