LAVA Cocktail!

Ingredients

Serving size is 1 8oz glass

• 1 oz of Malibu
• 1 oz of Blue Curacao
• 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
• Pina colada mix

Instructions

How to make your own sanding sugar:

1. Use a large zip loc bag add sugar and 3 drops of pastel blue food coloring
2. Shake well until all color is blended you may need to rub the sugar together between your hands

Cocktail:

3. In a bartender shaker add the Malibu and Pina colada mix, 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and shake to combine
4. Fill your glass 3/4 of the way full with ice
5. Pour the Pina Colada / liquor mix into the glass let sit to the side
6. Rinse out your shaker and add the 1/4 cup of pineapple juice, Blue Curacao shake to combine
7. Add your Blue Curacao mix to your Pina colada
8. Garnish with a lemon slice
