Jump to the recipe Print version
With the Holidays fast approaching, this is one thing that ALWAYS is found on every ones table, ROLLS!
I have tried many MANY recipes for rolls over the years, trying to find the PERFECT one.
Thankfully, this one doesnt require a stand mixer! YET they are just as incredible , seriously.
.
This is the recipe my family has used for awhile now, especially when we didnt OWN a mixer (my hand was the mixer! lol)
They were perfectly fluffy and the taste was out of this world!
Once you try these, you will never go buy store bought ones AGAIN.
One bite….and there is no turning back! 😀
I used them for Sunday Dinners, Holidays and when I made sliders- perfect for so many things and they keep pretty well too!
.
I want to use this recipe to do some different types of sliders, which should be coming to the blog SOON!

The Ultimate Dinner Rolls - NO MIXER NEEDED!
- Servings0
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 4 1/2 Cups Pillsbury Bread Flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whole Milk
- 5 Tablespoons butter melted
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 tablespoons melted butter for basting -during and after
Instructions
NOTE you may use as much flour as needed to avoid the dough sticking to your hands too much!
- Place the balls, one by one on the buttered baking tray, making the rolls even in size and spacing at least 2 inches apart
- Once the rolls are all formed and on the tray, let them sit for about 45 min (so they can rise a bit more before baking)
- Preheat your oven to 375F
- Bake them for 7 minutes, pull them half out of the oven- brush 2 tablespoons of the melted butter on top of all the rolls evenly, return back to the oven for a remaining 8 minutes OR until browned on the tops.
- Remove rolls from oven and use the remaining two tablespoons of melted butter to brush all of the rolls again.
- Allow to sit a couple minutes, then serve warm.
- ENJOY!
