Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated canned cinnamon rolls with icing (8 count)
  • 2 cups of apple pie filling diced into smaller chunks
  • ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 5 Tablespoons of butter melted
  • ⅓ cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a 3 qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and add them all to the prepared casserole dish
  4. Melt butter and pour over the cinnamon roll pieces
  5. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl then sprinkle over the top of the buttered cinnamon roll
  6. pieces like a crumble.
  7. Cut up apples in the filling and place them in a bowl, add lemon juice and mix together
  8. Add the diced apples and filling over top of the crumble, then the pecan halves.
  9. Use a spoon to mix these into the casserole a bit to incorporate.
